Manchester Airport, part of M.A.G, has launched a campaign with Creative Spark to promote the airport as an alternative to flying out of London.

The ‘Fly Manchester’ campaign will be displayed across buses and on 48 sheet poster boards across West Yorkshire, a key target market for the airport.

Creative Spark founder and creative director Neil Marra said: “We have a great relationship with M.A.G, having worked together previously on the 2012 ‘Summer and Winter campaigns for Car Parks, Retail and Destination campaign’. We hope to build on this success with ‘Fly Manchester’ this year by using effective targeting tools such as Google’s DoubleClick service. Manchester Airport is a phenomenal gateway to the rest of the world and our creative focuses on the benefits of long haul flights; glamour and warmth is just a flight away. We look forward to seeing the strategic element of our online campaign deliver results for M.A.G.”

M.A.G commercial marketing and brand manager, Emma Southwell, added: “We wanted a bold campaign that reminds people in Yorkshire they have a gateway to the rest of the world here at Manchester Airport. We have great facilities at the airport and regular flights to popular destinations such as New York and Dubai. Creative Spark has once again produced a great campaign with hard hitting messaging supported with a targeted creative solution.”
