Gaydar has announced that its new brand identity launches today with Anomaly.

The launch of the brand identity comes before the unveiling of a host of new consumer-facing features which will further improve the mobile and desktop experience for the gay dating website.

Trevor Martin, managing director of Gaydar, said: “We have made a significant investment behind the new dating features and felt the time was right for our brand look and feel to reflect the product changes being made. The new branding reinforces our ambition to build upon our leadership position both within the UK and global gay dating sectors, as well as being the leading community platform for the LGBT community.”

Paul Graham, partner at Anomaly, added: “Gaydar is a brand with huge cultural significance that has played a seminal role in online life since 1999. The team's plans for the future are very exciting and we're proud to be part of that vision and helping to power the brand into new, unexpected, but very welcome territory.”
