AMC promote the return of 'The Walking Dead' with zombie-inspired countdown from Leo Burnett Toronto

To remind commuters of the mid-season return of AMC’s ‘The Walking Dead’, Leo Burnett Toronto has created an indoor display featuring a zombified-hands at Toronto’s Union Station.

The decaying hands will count down the days until the mid-season premiere of the show starring British actor Andrew Lincoln, losing a finger each day until the show airs on Sunday 10 February.

According to local press those who tweet photos with the display will be entered into a prize draw to win one of the sawed-off fingers.

The Walking Dead returns to UK screens on Friday 15 February on the re-branded FX UK channel - FOX.
