One office in Aberdeen will never look at their sandwich van in the same way again, after an employee sent round an email letting everyone know the van had arrived…on top of a series of emails between her and her fiancée.
The female employee sent round the email just before midday, and has since gone viral using the hashtag #sandwichvan.
Tweets on the issue include:
#sandwichvan is the hashtag of the day in Aberdeen then eh?

Who should be held responsible for this going viral - the emailer or the person who passed it on?

The person who passed it on is a NASTY piece of work. How could you do that to your Work Colleagues? It was an innocent mistake and this has gotten out of hand. Pictures from my private FB page have been used in tweets. #disgusted!

I agree with lynnb43443 content of email not that bad , only thing wrong I can see is that they using work time to have a private chat and not doing what they paid to do.

Most people at one time or another will send personal emails during working hours, even the bosses; just this couple were unlucky that they were caught but to lose their job is taking it a bit far....come on!!!!!!
