We R Interactive hires Jocasta Kelsey as head of marketing

Kelsey joins We R Interactive as head of marketing

Social entertainment company We R Interactive has named Jocasta Kelsey as head of marketing.

Kelsey will report directly to global commercial director Paul Whitehead, assuming responsibility for growing We R Interactive’s portfolio of brands globally. As well as developing the agency’s multi-platform brand strategy, bringing new brands to market, driving user acquisition and retention, and leveraging the company’s rich user data to inform product development and marketing strategy.

Speaking of the appointment Whitehead commented: “In just two years We R Interactive has brought four products to market, and Jocasta will bring an incredible wealth of experience that will help us further grow our global brand portfolio.”

Kelsey brings 15 years of international, multi-channel brand marketing and gaming expertise to the role, prior to joining We R Interactive she ran her own specialist marketing consultancy and before that spent eight years at Carte Blanche Greetings Ltd where she established and led the brand's global marketing function.

Gillian West

Gillian West is The Drum’s social media manager and works to ensure The Drum’s content reaches followers across platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram in an engaging, relevant and timely manner. Based in Glasgow, she has been actively involved in building The Drum’s Creative Works brand for over three years now and has interviewed major creative figures including Rankin, Peter Souter, Rosie Arnold, Bob Greenberg and Vicki Maguire. During her time at The Drum she has attended events such as Cannes Lions, the Edinburgh International TV Festival, Art Director’s Club Europe, D&AD and more.
