Sports performance brand Asics has unveiled a new multi-channel campaign created by 180 Amsterdam.

The ‘Journey of improvement’ campaign is set to run on TV, in print and social media, with the aim of encouraging athletes to develop and improve, with the aim to help them ‘Better Your Best’.

Al Moseley, executive creative director at 180 Amsterdam, said: “This campaign is all about being a better athlete. Better so you can beat your competition. But for many athletes, their competition isn't another athlete, but themselves. Better your Best is about inspiring these athletes and then giving them the tools to succeed.

“The commercial is a pure inspiration piece and then, for the first time, Facebook can now let you look into the future, and set and beat goals that previously you thought were impossible.”

The first Facebook app for the brand, 'MY ASICS', has also been launched, which allows users to put in their athletic goal and receive a personalised day-to-day but future-focussed training plan from Asics.
