To stress the sense of emergency felt by Green Flag on behalf of their customers, we news of James Bolton breakdown flashed around the world. The 24 Hour news iconography is very effective... so much so that there will probably be complaints from that strange constituency of people who think that other people are so stupid they need protecting from this kind of error.
