A new recruitment website for the AA has gone live today, which aims to offer the company more control and use emotive video content and information on its history.

Developed by TMP Worldwide, the AA Careers site has been created to include a number of new sections, as well as being built to be video rich, containing no flash elements, and be fully compliant.

Frank Durrell, head of digital for TMP, explained that the agency was challenged with creating a site that would give the AA the ability to alter its content and offer more flexibility over the information that it contained, and to feature its employees.

The Life in the AA blog section, which features parallax scrolling, will be updated to offer the latest events involving the company, while another element of the site will offer a roundup of the organisation’s history, stemming back to 1905.

Also included is an integrated automated tracking system for applicants, and includes emotive content through video interviews with employees.

A mobile version has also been released.
