The Tree Council, a small charity which facilitates the planting of trees through grants, campaigns and their Tree Wardens, has launched a campaign developed by creative agency Marc&Anna.

The agency was asked to create a campaign which would promote the new Friends of The Tree Council scheme, set up in order to increase donations.

In response to the brief Marc&Anna went for a strong, cheeky, copy to draw attention to the importance of trees, and the ongoing difficulties of The Tree Council.

Posters and leaflets were printed with bark texture on the reverse to resemble a tree when rolled up and everything was printed 100% recycled paper, was well as formats chosen to be as efficient as possible. These posters were then distributed through the 8,000 strong national Tree Warden network.
