Rocket Fuel appoints David Nelson as European products director

Rocket Fuel has named David Nelson as its new European products director.

In this role Nelson will handle guiding project strategy and development for Rocket Fuel’s European business. Nelson will also work towards ensuring existing and new additions to the company’s product suite are tailored to the European market.

Nelson will be based within Rocket Fuel’s London HQ supporting the UK, DACH and Benelux regions, as well as other territories as the company expands, he will report directly to managing director, Europe, Dominic Trigg.

Prior to joining Rocket Fuel, Nelson held the role of IT and operations director at Unaninmis. During his time with the digital advertising network Nelson established the systems and processes needed to support its growth, after being acquired by Orange France Telecom Group on 2009, he also helped extend its offering across European and global markets.

Of the appointment Trigg said: “It’s fantastic to have such an experienced product guy joining our team. The advertising landscape and the needs of buyers are different in every market – David will work to ensure all our geographies get the most relevant and effective advertising solutions for their needs”
