According to a regulatory filing, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg sold a total of 946,000 shares in two blocks on Wednesday, at a weighted average share price between $27.678 and $27.7403.
Forbes has previously reported that Sandberg’s total Facebook shares are worth over $420 million.
Marc Andreessen and early Facebook investor Jim Breyer, are amongst other board members who have also sold shares since the lock-up period ended.
