FedEx launches multi-market campaign with a human touch to appeal to small and medium-sized enterprise customers

FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp, has launched a new multimarket marketing and advertising campaign, entitled ‘FedEx. Solutions Powered by People’, in a bid to highlight the dedication of FedEx team members around the world.

The new campaign shows how these daily actions keep business moving for companies both large and small.

Raj Subramaniam, senior vice president of global marketing, FedEx Services, commented: “We understand logistics is nothing without teamwork and this campaign aims to showcase the people whose enthusiasm and expertise powers our international networks, infrastructure, technology and processes.”

Designed to appeal to small and medium-sized enterprise customers, the campaign promotes how FedEx understand how its hundreds of thousands of team members help overcome the challenges SMEs face in today’s changing global marketplace.

Managing director, communications, brand and digital access marketing, FedEx Express EMEA, Brenda McWilliams-Piatek, added: “The most successful businesses are those which are built on strong relationships, and relationships by their very nature are built on people. At FedEx, our people are at the heart of everything we do and everything we are.

"Our 300,000 dedicated team members across the globe work tirelessly to connect business leaders to the people, places and opportunities that will help them succeed.”

Print and online advertising is now scheduled to appear pan-regionally and in local markets, the campaign will also be supported by a specialised presence on the FedEx website.
