Mercieca appoints James King as digital strategist

Mercieca, the London based PR agency, has announced the appointment of James King as digital strategist, a newly created role which will entail work on all digital and social media related campaigns.

King brings experience in the area having previously worked as head of social for prostate cancer charity Movember and as lead digital strategist on a range of brands including Betfair, Visa, Nokia, Intel, Zoopla and the BBC.

His new role will be to develop Mercieca’s cross platform offering, a key growth strategy for the firm.

Rod Taylor, Managing Director said: “The shift in media consumption is well recognized and increasingly there is a need to produce engaging and relevant content for clients. James is a well-respected and experienced digital strategist, with an infectious passion for his field. He will help drive this growing specialism within the agency.”
