The Swiss tourist board has unveiled a multi-sensory, ambient, experiential campaign with CURB Media.

CURB is installing large blocks of ice around London, each of which represents one of the five ski regions of Switzerland.

Blocks will be revealed at Canary Wharf, Broadgate Fulcrum, Westfield London, St Pancras Station and the Southbank Centre.

Every block will contain a frozen object to represent the region, and will project the sounds of that object, which can only be heard once an individual stands on the surrounding stage.

There will be 75 Swiss flag cards surrounding each large block, and those who are able to free a card by melting the ice around it will be eligible to win a prize of a winter holiday to the region advertised.

CURB CEO Anthony Ganjou said: “With stunning visuals and emotive sounds this installation will instantly remind consumers of the joys of holidays in Switzerland in a powerful and memorable way and encourage them to engage with the installation and the offers being presented.”

The campaign, which will run for two weeks, has been planned and bought by The Minimart agency.
