Mubaloo announces acquisition of AlwaysOnMessage

Bristol-based mobile agency AlwaysOnMessage has been acquired by mobile app development company Mubaloo.

AlwaysOnMessage was established in 2010 and worked with clients including David Lloyd, ITN, BBC, Jamie Oliver and Wilkinson Sword. However over the last few months the agency found itself in financial difficulty leading to the takeover deal.

Mubaloo CEO, Mark Mason, commented: “AlwaysOnMessage was a successful app developer with some terrific clients and some really good people. Unfortunately, like many small developers, they ran into financial difficulties.

“With Mubaloo's rigorous financial control and management processes we are confident we will be able to support their current clients and start to grow the business again.”
