Energy provider Ovo has turned to brand storytelling agency Aesop to help develop its internal culture.
Aesop won the six-figure account following a pitch against three other undisclosed agencies, and will begin work immediately.
Aesop and Ovo’s partnership commences with the internal communications piece - described by Ovo founder Stephen Fitzpatrick as: “Branding from the inside out” - and both client and agency hope it will extend to consumer communications in the future.
Marketing director at Ovo, Gary Pepler, commented: “We only want to work with the best people; people who recognise our ambitions as a company and want to be part of our growth. Aesop’s response to our brief was head and shoulders above the other agencies.”
