IgnitionOne has appointed Michael Stephanblome as its UK managing director, following the integration of AdJug into the IgnitionOne platform.

The acquisition of AdJug into the IgnitionOne Digital Marketing Suite will enable customers to track and attribute performance across all digital marketing channels – namely search, social, mobile and display. AdJug solutions will also enhance IgnitionOne’s display offering and include Personalised Dynamic Creative Targeting, SMART Retargeting, Look-a-like Targeting, and Video CPE.

Stephanblome brings to the role extensive experience in management, marketing, sales, and product development. He co-founded and was chief executive of AdJug Europe’s display advertising exchange in 2007, which he then sold to IgnitionOne in August 2011.

Prior to AdJug, Stephanblome held the role of director of marketing at eBay and managing director of Gumtree.

Stephanblome commented: “Since the AdJug acquisition last year, we have worked as two businesses focused on delivering the integration of our proprietary technologies to provide clients with one integrated, enhanced solution.

“The AdJug name has changed to IgnitionOne as it is now part of the Digital Marketing Suite. We can now holistically address increasing advertiser demand for one integrated solution for digital marketing across search, display and Facebook.”

CEO of IgnitionOne, Will Margiloff, added: “Michael is an exceptional team member. His entrepreneurial spirit and marketing knowhow is second to none. He will be instrumental in leading IgnitionOne’s presence in the UK and helping to expand our reach and product offerings.”
