Unbiased.co.uk reveals new website created by Tangent Snowball

Unbiased.co.uk has launched a new website, which has been designed and built by digital and CRM agency Tangent Snowball.

Over the course of 12 months the agency has redesigned the front and back end of the site, the project included rebranding and the restructuring of unbiased.co.uk’s databases and providing call centre support. The new functionalities should allow the business to meet its objectives of assisting people find the right professional advisor as quickly and easily as possible.

Tangent Snowball will continue to manage the back-end data and CRM for unbiased.co.uk, creating a consolidated database of IFAs, solicitors, mortgage advisers and accountants. The agency worked with unbiased.co.uk to gain an understanding of what was important to advisers when it came to promoting themselves on the site.

The search mechanism has also been upgraded to include more relevant product areas, more qualifications, specialist advisers and accreditations such as Chartered, Certified, SOLLA, ISO and BS standards.

Chief executive at unbiased.co.uk, Karen Barrett, commented: “Tangent Snowball delivered the brief with a well-structured, engaging and easy to use site and we have really valued the strategic input and design experience they brought to this project.”
