As part of a multi-channel communications campaign, veterinary charity PDSA has released a video to highlight the shocking findings from its new animal welfare study, the PAW report.

The video, produced by PDSA’s digital agency Code Computerlove, tackles the issues in regards to animal welfare in the UK and helps tackle the fundamental gaps in pet owners’ animal welfare knowledge by addressing common misconceptions relating to animal’s needs.

Using animated graphics to communicate key messages the video content is supported by a clear and simple voice over.

PSDA head of pet health and welfare, Nicola Martin, commented: “The animation was created to support the pet owning public and increase their basic understanding of pets’ needs. We’re calling on animal lovers across the nation to view the animation, download the report and commit to making a better life for pets.”
