Heathrow appoints theTeam for in lead up to Terminal 2 launch

Heathrow has announced the appointment of theTeam to support its vision of ‘making every journey better’.

The agency has been asked to help build stakeholder confidence during the preparations for the opening of the new Terminal 2.

Cliff Ettridge, internal communications director at theTeam, said: “We're delighted to be working with Heathrow once more. Undoubtedly Terminal 2 will demonstrate again what a great airport Heathrow is and we're delighted to have been asked to engage staff and stakeholders with what this new terminal can deliver.”

The project will include designing interactive road shows as well as printed and digital collateral; making sure staff are familiarised with their new environment and aware of any training requirements.
