Stanley Black & Decker appoints eCircle to handle pan-EMEA eCRM campaigns

Stanley Black & Decker has announced the appointment of marketing company eCircle to handle its pan-EMEA eCRM campaigns.

eCircle will be responsible for the broadcast, design and campaign management for the Stanley, Black & Decker and DEWALT brands.

The brief will include automated welcome programs for consumers signing up to receive branded communications and broadcast of the brands’ eCRM newsletters to both an international and local audience; with each campaign to be delivered in multiple languages across Europe.
