Guinness World Records has launched an immersive augmented reality experience to promote its latest edition, enabling consumers to come face-to-face with the likes of world’s tallest man, longest dinosaur or heaviest twins.

The interactive experience, running until 4 November at Westfield Stratford, was created and custom built by creative design agency, Appshaker.

The installation has used the latest 3D augmented technology and mirrors the mobile AR features which have been integrated with the pages of the new Guinness World Records 2013 book.

As well as interacting with the AR record breakers, shoppers will be able to share images and video content directly from the event via social media.
