OMG Search acquired by creative digital agency Selesti

Norwich-based creative digital agency, Selesti has announced the acquisition of the search marketing division of international affiliate and reward marketing business, Online Media Group (OMG).

Founded in 1999, OMG developed its SEO and Pay Per Click marketing services and over the last decade and has enjoyed substantial expansion in its affiliates and rewards business. Distinct differences between OMG Search and the other divisions within the company contributed to the sale to Selesti.

The acquisition of OMG Search is thought to be beneficial to existing clients of both companies. Those already with OMG Search will continue their relationship with the same account management team, whilst enjoying the complimentary services and expertise of Selesti. Ongoing projects and new clients of Selesti will also enjoy improved levels of search engine marketing and paid advertising experiences.

Founder and CEO of Selesti, Ollie Blackmore, commented: “This opportunity came at a perfect time for us. We have implemented major growth plans and have just moved into new spacious offices.

“We have the capacity both logistically and with how well our business is performing to add this new division. We are now in every sense a full service digital agency.”
