WPP's Grey buys majority stake in German digital agency k102 GmbH

WPP owned marketing network Grey has announced the acquisition of the majority stake in German digital media agency k102 GmbH.

The agency, founded six years ago by Lars Moltrecht and Jan Guntner in Desseldorf has been working with the network since January 2010.

Its client list includes MBT, Deichmann, Toshiba, Gard and Transparo.

By the end of 2011 the agency has gross assets worth around Euros 1.2m according to WPP’s statement.
