Kit Kat launches Facebook app to create the ‘world’s biggest break’

Kit Kat has unveiled a Facebook app which invites fans to create videos and images which will be shared with friends during a synchronised ‘world break'.

The brand has asked its 13 million Facebook fans to upload their creative media messages into the ‘break box’ which will be shared on a specific time on October 11.

The campaign was developed by JWT, which was appointed to handle the brand’s advertising account in July, with the aim of “spreading the good mood” and uniting people with “one smile”.
