Mother founding director Stef Calcraft set to pocket £6m from share sales

Stef Calcraft, founding partner of Mother is set to retire from a number of the group's agencies, taking a £6m share of the business in the process.

Calcraft, one of the agency's five founding directors, is set to sell his 25 per cent holding but will continue to serve as a director for Mother London full time.

He has explained that that share buy back has been processed through the group's own money in an effort to maintain the independence of Mother.
