Following a competitive tender process Kenco has awarded Granby Marketing Services the contract to undertake the promotional handling and fulfilment for its latest on-pack loyalty scheme – Kenco Rewards Club.

Running across promotional Kenco jars and Eco Refill packs the Rewards Club gives customers the chance to collect points which can then be redeemed against a range of eco-friendly rewards. To claim customers have to go to mykenco.com and enter the unique code featured on the promotional pack. The number of points available depends on the variant of the Kenco pack purchased.

The campaign itself will run from September 2012 until December 2013 with Granby Marketing Services responsible for the fulfilment, warehousing and delivery of all the promotional rewards. The agency will also work in collaboration with Kenco’s existing promotional marketing suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of the campaign.

Assistant brand manager at Kenco, Emily Woodward-Smith, commented: “The Kenco Rewards Club is all about rewarding our customers whilst helping them do their little bit for the environment.

“Sustainability is at the heart of this campaign, so it’s great to be partnering with Granby - a supplier which shares our vision for a greener future.

Joanne Varey, managing director of Granby Marketing Services, added: “It’s great to be working with Kenco on their Rewards Club loyalty scheme. We’ve got a great track record in delivering high-volume, promotional marketing campaigns and are committed to maintaining the highest possible standards in what is a vital part of the customer journey – placing the reward in the hands of the customer.”
