Qsoft consulting appoints Kevin Smith as its new chief marketing officer

Qsoft Consulting Limited, the parent company of the Gaydar brands, has appointed Kevin Smith as chief marketing officer.

Smith will now oversee all aspect of the business’s marketing communications and will be involved in the brands’ international expansion, initially focussing on the development of a global pricing strategy. Social media strategy, brand refreshes and insight research, for brands such as Gaydar Radio, will also be part of Smith’s remit.

His previous roles include working with established brands such as Regatta, Selfridges and Westfield, where during his time at the latter he was involved with the launch of Westfield’s ‘Where Wishes Come True’ advertising campaign and the creation of a 5D animated Christmas Grotto.

Managing director at Qsoft, Trevor Martin, commented: “. The company has some really exciting developments in the pipeline and we are excited to welcome Kevin into the QSoft family to help maximise the brands’ opportunities for growth and development.
