Kinetic Worldwide, the out of home media planner and buyer, has announced a number of changes to its senior management team.

David Payne is promoted from CEO Americas to chief development officer global, where he will focus on expanding Kinetic's services across existing and emerging markets.

He is replaced in the US by David Krupp and Tanza Bove, who are promoted to share the role of president of Kinetic US. Together they will manage the Kinetic business across the firm's four offices in the country.

In Europe Kinetic has recruited Christian Scholz from Aegis as the new CEO of Kinetic Group Germany, driving strategic operations out of Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg and Munich.

Kinetic's global CEO Steve Ridley said: "These series of appointments follow a couple of years’ hard work in driving a strategy of developing new services and technologies that will be at the heart of Kinetic’s proposition for years to come. It follows the appointment of Andy Jonesco to CEO EMEA in 2011 which signalled a more strategic approach to the business in Europe.

"To be able to promote home-grown talent into business-leading roles is particularly gratifying and combines well with our track record of bringing in fresh talent to Kinetic and the world of Out of Home.”
