After working on campaigns for notable brands including Heinz, Samsung and Cadbury, London-based augmented reality firm, Blippar, has turned its attention to supporting the Barack Obama election campaign.

The “We got your back, Obama” blipp was executed to assist the Democratic National Committee’s fundraising campaign and uses the Obama logo and five-dollar bills to create an interactive augmented reality experience with the Obama campaign.

The blipp allows users to volunteer, donate funds, and listen to an exclusive Obama campaign track featuring Mair and Head Braat. The blipp also allows users to create photos ‘high-fiving’ Obama to share on social networks including Facebook and Twitter.

Created by Blippar and BMGi, the blipp is compatible with both iPhone and Android handsets once users download the free-of-charge Blippar app.
