Samsung and Cheil USA release online film featuring street-artist Tristan Eaton in GALAXY Note 10.1 promotion

Samsung has launched the latest part of its integrated influencer marketing campaign for the GALAXY Note 10.1 created by full service idea agency, Cheil USA.

The two-minute web-only film, created by Cheil USA, documents how the Note 10.1 features in “a day and a party in the life” of renowned street artist and toy maker Tristan Eaton.

“We took a "day in the life" approach to portray Tristan naturally integrating Samsung's Galaxy Note 10.1 into his very cool world,” commented chief creative officer of Cheil USA, Lars Bastholm to The Drum. “The Note 10.1 gave him a new way to create, which is really what the device is all about - inspiring creativity and productivity. We wanted to capture the party for everyone as ‘a fly on the wall’.”

Cheil USA have also produced a mobile microsite to accompany the video that features ten wallpapers, created by Eaton, which Note users can download.

Bastholm added that the microsite was created to “enhance the entertainment and take-home value for the audience.”
