NBTY Europe appoints Lysa Hardy as chief marketing officer

NBTY Europe, which operates the Holland & Barrett, GNC and Nature’s Way brands, has announced the appointment of Lysa Hardy as chief marketing officer.

Overseeing a team of 50 in the newly created role, Hardy will head the sales and marketing divisions and report directly into CEO Peter Aldis.

Aldis said: “We welcome Lysa to the business and the Corporate Board and I are confident she will help us achieve our objectives of enhancing the wellbeing of our customers globally by delivering the highest quality, best value nutritional supplements and wellness products.”

Having previously held roles at RAC, T-Mobile, Orange and Facey International, Hardy will join NBTY Europe’s corporate board as the company plans to take its strategic approach to the next level.

She said: “I’m looking forward to working with the team on this exciting challenge and welcome the opportunity to be working on brands with such enormous potential and ability to improve people’s lives through better health.”
