Strategic digital marketing agency, 4Ps Marketing, has launched a Digital Academy; a new Canterbury based office with an educational focus for graduates who want to kick-start their career in the digital industry.

The new office will be headed up by digital delivery co-ordinator, Nick Shread and launches with six members of staff. The intensive year-long training course for the selected graduates will cover all bases of search engine optimisation (SEO), digital advertising, PPC (pay-per-click), social media, analytics, general marketing and developing, and implementing strategies.

Graduates from a number of universities have already been selected for the programme which started today. The scheme is intended to prepare graduates for the demanding and client facing roles in the digital industry. 4Ps Marketing already plans to grow the scheme year-on-year.

“The launch of Digital Academy is a positive move for us as an agency, we’re trying to grow and develop as quickly as the industry is, and opening a new office specifically draws in on the importance of education and continuing the high standards of knowledge necessary to succeed in the digital space,” commented Matthew Phelan, director and co-founder of 4Ps Marketing, “being a student in Canterbury myself, I couldn’t have thought of a better place to begin our next venture.”
