The new Audi A3 was launched to Bristol customers with a three course meal prepared by catering and hospitality students from City of Bristol College.

Industry networking group, The Chefs’ Forum, which links chefs with catering colleges and trade suppliers, organised the event that also involved celebrity chefs Martin Blunos, Chris Wicks and Toby Gritten.

As well as preparing the menu, the chefs were given cooking challenges to demonstrate the capabilities of Audi’s new offerings. One of these challenges involved the chefs cooking an omelette in a time which would beat the cabriolet roof of an Audi R8 Spider being opened and closed.

Catherine Farinha, Chefs' Forum coordinator commented on the event: "Bristol Audi has sponsored The Chefs' Forum since its inception for which we are really grateful. It was a real honour to be asked to event-manage the launch of the new A3 and showcase the work we do in linking catering colleges to top chefs and quality suppliers."

Steve Smith, head of business at Bristol Audi added: "We send our customers to Chefs' Forum member restaurants so they can experience a great product and excellent service. We assimilate this experience with the Audi brand values of a quality product with first class customer service".
