Leeds Rugby Foundation, the charitable grass roots sports organisation of the Leeds Rhinos and Leeds Carnegie rugby teams, has unveiled new branding, created for free by Ponderosa Communications Group.

Lucy Young, chief executive of Leeds Rugby Foundation, said: “We are so very grateful to Ponderosa for completing this piece of work at no cost to the charity. Their generosity means that we can spend our resources doing what we do best - changing lives through sport. The new logo demonstrates the energy and passion of the organisation and will help us to engage with even more people in the local community.”

Paul Alexander, group creative director at Ponderosa, said: “We’re huge sports fans here at Ponderosa, working with brands such as Puma and The Coaching Manual, so this was something of a dream project for us. The fact that it was a project to help the local Leeds community and get more people involved in sport simply made our work even more rewarding.”

Leeds Rugby Foundation aims to encourage more people of all ages and levels of ability to take part and enjoy sport as either a player, volunteer or administrator.

Ponderosa Communications Group is a new joint venture between agencies Ponderosa, Prego, Digital Welly and Sixteen Hands, with clients including Puma, Crabbie’s and Danone.
