Scandinavian design brand ISAK, which creates accessories and decorative gifts for the home, has hired London based PR agency The Cult.

The agency has been brought in to raise the profile of the brand and educate consumers about the modern Scandinavian ethos at its heart, which fuses retro and modern design.

The campaign will also focus on ISAK’s trademark characters, Blossom and Bill - a cheeky, naked Viking couple that appear across a host of the brand’s designs and stories.

Founded in 2006 by designer Sandra Isaksson, ISAK’s products include porcelain crockery, textiles, stationery, wallpaper and prints and are stocked in 500 shops worldwide, throughout Europe, Asia, Australia and America.

Isaksson said: “Our aim at ISAK is to help make the world a beautiful happy place in our own little way. We recognize that Charli and The Cult PR team will fit in very well with the vikings and trolls at ISAK to help us let more people know about what we do."

The Cult PR partner Charli Morgan added: “We’re incredibly excited about taking on this fun, warm and beautiful brand. Scandinavia is a huge part of Britain’s design influences, with customers becoming increasingly quality-conscious and finding comfort in their nostalgic and colourful designs and stories in these grey, miserable times.

“We’re looking forward to sharing the stories and ethos of this truly Nordic brand.”
