4PS Marketing appoint Paul Smith as new operations director

4PS Marketing, the digital marketing agency, have announced the appointment of Paul Smith as their new operations director.

Smith brings with him over 30 years’ experience in the industry and has previously worked for Which? Magazine, the guardian and Bespoke Media.

Prior to joining 4PS Marketing Smith was the MD of Ctrl-Shift, a marketing consultancy company and is an expert in data-driven decision making.

Smith said: “I’m delighted to be able to have the chance to bring my experience of managing agencies to 4Ps Marketing. At a time when specialist marketing skills are in demand, it’s critical to the agency and its clients, that 4Ps Marketing is able to meet that growing need. To do that, 4Ps Marketing has to become as efficient as possible.
