Sainsbury’s has begun a new TV advertising campaign aiming to encouraging its customers to ‘Live Well for Less’.

The campaign, by AMC BBDO, which went to air for the first time during Saturday’s broadcast of The X Factor on ITV1, will run throughout the Autumn.

The adverts highlights the pleasure that parents have gain from sharing time with their children, featuring the song ‘Let’s Go Fly a Kite’ from Mary Poppins.

Sarah Warby, marketing director for Sainsbury's, commented: "This new advert continues to showcase our commitment to helping customers Live Well For Less, highlighting that great memories need not come with great cost. As summer draws to a close and autumn sets in, all of Sainsbury’s customers can rest assured that they can enjoy competitive prices without compromising on quality or values.”

Directed by Tony Barry of Sonny Productions, the media planning and buying has also been carried out by PHD.
