The Winklevoss twins, who won a settlement against Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg over the development of the social media giant, have invested $1m into another social network.

The pair have invested in professional social networking site SumZero, which has under 8,000 members at the time of writing.

The site was founded by fellow Harvard University graduates Aalap Mahadevia and Divya Narendra, and was invested in through the Twins recently formed investment company Winklevoss Capital.

Making up the bulk of the membership of SumZero members are private-equity firms and hedge funds.
