Nike Russia and Instinct creative agency have launched a new video featuring players from Spartak Moscow wearing their custom designed Nike kits.
Kits are produced in the club’s traditional red, bearing the inscription “Spartak forever” on their reverse under the club emblem, near the heart. It symbolizes the players’ and fans’ devotion to the club.
Alex Belykh, Nike Russia brand communications manager said: “Football is one of our key categories, we build our brand around it. We convey our values and philosophy to fans through football clubs and players to enhance our communication with all our supporters. This campaign is based on the “My time is now” concept which reflects the uncontrollable determination of a player to unlock his potential and show what he is capable of.
“The gladiator motive is not just the team symbol, but also a manifestation of its essence and principles. It was important for us to find a solution that would keep the football authenticity and reveal the gladiator idea through bright and strong means of expression. As a result all this history is transformed into the manifesto of a player who is going to enter the arena for a fight with his rival.”
