Slimsticks enlists TheAgency for advertising push

Weight loss brand Slimsticks has appointed TheAgency to handle its advertising and marketing communications as it prepares for a national store roll-out.

TheAgency has been tasked with helping Slimsticks drive growth in sales across a number of media channels, with particular focus online.

"Slimsticks have some of the strongest scientific evidence to support their product, and raising the brand awareness and scaling up the sales should be relatively easy,” said Saman Mansourpour, partner at TheAgency.

Slimsticks secured Imogen Thomas as its brand ambassador in 2011 and its products are currently available online from its own website and Amazon. They will be available through a new national retail network later this year.
