As part of a major growth strategy, Fisher Productions has undergone a re-organisation of staff in order to meet the demand for its products and services.

Following a number of high profile appointments over the last six months including Chairman Grahame Bellingham, marketing and sales director Laura Bayford, and finance director Julian Sampson, the re-structure will see the operational delivery of the business being managed by a number of senior managers.

Rob Morrison will continue as head of sales, Rob Baker as head of lighting and hire and Gareth Soal as head of staging. They are joined in the senior management team by Lucy Gibson who moves from senior project manager to head of technical services, Naomi Ambrose who has been promoted from pitch manager to head of pitch and design, and Natasha Funnel who continues as financial controller. In addition Jason Down has been promoted from client relationship manager to head of production and Chris Clay from head of technical production to director of commercial operations.

The board continues to be headed up by CEO Graham Beswick who is supported by new appointments Philippa Bowers creative and production director, and Richard Merritt special projects director, who will continue to look after Fisher’s Royal Warrant.
