Drama replaces comedy in Direct Line's latest TV commercial as Chris Addison and Alexander Armstrong's double act has been dropped in favour of an approach illustrating the insurance company's responsiveness when one of their customer's needs help. A tightly choreographed sequence makes the point beautifully.
