Fraser Bradshaw, former managing director of McCann’s Bristol, has joined creative industries network Bristol Media and chief executive.

Bradshaw, a board director of Bristol Media for four years, will be tasked with restructuring the board and management teams over the coming six months, while also developing and implementing a strategy which will build on engagement and content and a regional and national level.

This will be followed by a relaunch of Bristol Media later in the year.

Bradshaw departed McCann’s Bristol last year, after nine years.

He said: “I am delighted to assist the board with the ongoing growth of Bristol Media and to be able to provide a clear focus on our long term strategy. We are a strong collaborative region and our performance as a sector in growth and GVA terms has been impressive. We are now one of the biggest creative networks in the UK with over 500 corporate members and 3,400 individual subscribers. We need to shape the organisation to continue to work closely with our members.”

Meanwhile, Allison Nicholas has also joined in the newly created role of membership manager to drive membership growth.
