The Lego Group has topped this week's Viral Video Chart with an animated film celebrating the toy's 80th anniversary.

The playful video tells the story of the Lego brick's journey to worldwide fame from humble origins and tops the Brand Chart after being shared more than 90,000 times in the last week.

In second place is EA Sports' trailer for hotly-anticipated video game FIFA 13 and third place goes to Manchester City, whose madcap forward Mario Balotelli had a run in with a photographer.

SteveKardynal manages to hang on to the top spot in the User Generated Content chart with his Chatroulette rendition of "Call Me Maybe".

The charts are compiled with the Viral Ad Network and are based on the number of shares each video has received on social media over the last seven days.
