The development of Salford Central with English Cities Fund has continued with the launch of New Bailey branding by Cuckoo, with a number of brochures and communications materials to come.

Cuckoo, who has been working on the development with ECF for two years, also unveiled the Salford Central website last month as part of the on-going project.

Phil Mayall, development director at ECf, said: “The new website provides the background to the plans, an overview of where we are up to and details about the Chapel Street and New Bailey areas.

“It features the latest information and images and will continue to develop over time, giving people a clear picture of where we are up to and what we hope to achieve.”

The regeneration scheme covers areas around the main road of Chapel Street, Salford Central station and the Adelphi and Bexley Square Conservation Area, which features St Phillips Church and Salford Cathedral.

New Bailey will be the new commercial quarter, with a new footbridge to connect the development with Spinningfields.
