Professional employment organisation Parasol has announced the appointment of theEword to handle its PPC account.

The agency, which was appointed on the back of an SEO partnership which began in April, will now be responsible for attracting relevant visitors to Parasol's website from paid ads.

Sarah Jones, group head of marketing at Parasol, said: "We've been very impressed with the forward-thinking approach of theEword. The results from our original marketing campaign have been consistently excellent, so we had no hesitation in asking them to run another of our key accounts."

Al Mackin, chief executive officer at theEword, added: "As a specialist search marketing agency, theEword is ideally placed to provide integrated SEO and PPC campaigns for our clients. We've enjoyed a fantastic working relationship with Parasol from day one, which has enabled us to really hit the ground running on this exciting new project."
