Property website, s1homes.com’s latest ad campaign, developed by the Leith Agency, is to air on STV and Channel 4 tonight (Monday 20 August). Produced by Green Room Films, the advertisement focuses on the idea that looking for a property to buy or rent on the new s1homes site is ‘Good Looking’.

The new campaign follows a site re-design earlier this year, which has delivered four times as many enquiries to agents. The ad will also be supported by digital and press activity featuring images by photographer Mark Seager.

“The brief was to develop an ad which would stand out against other property ads and prompt a reaction among the audience, which would ultimately lead to more enquiries for our agents,” commented Wendy Pauley, s1 marketing director.

Pauley added: “We think we’ve achieved this with our ‘Good Looking’ campaign and it’s great to have injected a bit of humour back into the s1homes brand.”

Partner at the Leith Agency, Brian Coane, said the idea behind the ‘Good Looking’ campaign is “simple,” continuing: “Some things are just plain ‘Bad looking’ but looking for a place to buy or rent on s1homes is easy.

"So the advertising makes a light-hearted comparison to get the message across.”
