Samsung to sponsor this weekend's Food Network on Fire event at London's Covent Garden

Food Network UK’s inaugural Food Network on Fire event is to be sponsored by Samsung, running from today (Friday 17 August) until Sunday 19 August the event aims to be a celebration of great cooking, with food cooked on fire from BBQ’s to spider burners and smokers.

Taking place at London’s Covent Garden the event features appearances from celebrity chefs including Andy Bates and Jun Tanaka. As the headline sponsor, Samsung will provide a variety of products including plasma screens, fridges, hobs and ovens.

The sponsorship is part of an on-going relationship that Samsung has with the Food Network UK, including the Food Network’s Smart TV app on the Samsung Smart TV platform, which launches later in the year. Samsung will also feature on promotional leaflets, event branding, e-shots and banners across the event.
