ILFORD, developer and manufacturer of media for inkjet printing and colour photographic processes, has unveiled a new website with Code Computerlove.

The site, which aims to help engage customers, includes a ‘find a product’ tool, as well as a where to buy feature showing all stockists.

Jane Dixon, ILFORD director of global marketing, said: “We have introduced community aspects to our digital presence and integrated social media tools into the site. This not only helps us to engage with our audiences via the site, but facilitates social sharing among our customers.

“We are particularly enjoying having the freedom to publish the winning images from our Flickr competition on the homepage of the site – which keeps content fresh, interesting and relevant.

“Stronger calls to action and the Where to Buy feature will help us to increase sales through our retailer networks. New stockists can be added easily to ensure this is always up to date and we have added features to help us to promote related products to existing customers.

“There is also a comprehensive customer support area that helps users of our products get the best out of them. This also helps to reduce inbound enquiries regarding printing and paper types.”
